Ross Garner, Owner and Problem Solver

Ross Garner - Creative Building Concepts Ross grew up around construction and continued to dabble in the trades through his college years. After devoting some time to counseling troubled youth, he returned to construction, joining Mike Hansen to complete the renovations of the Mt. Holly Theatre building. He recently designed and built his own new home – using green strategies to make the home both unique and energy efficient. Today his expertise spans design, structural integrity, roofing, plumbing, electricity, framing, and rough and finish carpentry. One critical element Ross brings to the table is his ability to creatively problem solve. He can cleverly identify the best solution to make your project come together effortlessly.

Ben Ben Havens, Owner and Chief Organizer

Ben is originally from St. Louis, Missouri but has lived all over the US.  During his travels he met Ross while working for a wilderness center in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania.  He ended up working with Ross on construction of his Carlisle home and their friendship grew into a mutual professional respect.  Though Ben left to return to service as a youth counselor for a short time, he came back to Pennsylvania to partner with Ross at Creative Building Concepts in 2012.  Since then, he’s taken the lead on many of the company’s projects, helped to systematize some of CBC’s processes, and generally provided awesome perspective as the business has grown.  Ben specializes in managing the mechanicals (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) for many of CBC’s projects.


Nate Wilfong, Fixer of All Things Big and Small

Nate Wilfong is a native of Central PA with a long history in the construction trades. A diligent worker with a great attitude, there is nothing that Nate can’t do. While other contractors might stand around and scratch their heads, Nate is a man of action with a keen sense of how things work. Having Nate on the job is like having an encyclopedia of “fix it” at your fingertips. If you get the pleasure of meeting Nate, be sure to ask him about his kids!

Pat Orlousky, Handyman Extraordinaire

Pat is a big teddy bear who take intense pride in making sure all the details are buttoned up.  Clients adore the love Pat puts into his projects and his sweet demeanor.  He often takes on smaller jobs on his own, but if Pat is on your site, your are in the best of hands.

Jason Stutenroth, Estimator

Jason knows what it takes to get the job done.  That’s why we often include him in the initial meetings with customers – to help get the estimate of work together.  Jason has a keen eye for detail and smart sense of timing, so his insight is always a welcome start to any job.

Erin Havens, Controller/Bookkeeper and The Brains Behind Everything

While you won’t often find Erin on the jobsite, she keeps tabs of everything that’s happening for CBC.  She assists with managing subcontractors, handles the payroll, and manages all the invoicing.  She is meticulous, full of unparallelled energy, and the boss of everything.   If you work with CBC, you’ll definitely get to know Erin, and you’ll be all the better for it.

If your project requires large scale electrical deployment, we might call on the expertise of the Arnolds.  A Dillsburg based family operation, we’ve partnered with the Arnold’s on a number of commercial scale projects. If Chris can’t make it light up, no one can.

Matt Deiter, Slick Plumber and Owner, Deiter’s Plumbing

Plumbing might scare a lot of people.  But you can give Matt and his team any challenge and they’ll clear it up in a jiffy.  Or perhaps you’re doing some new construction and you’re looking for the best plumber around… you’ve found the guy.  Besides being terrific at their craft, Matt and Nick both pride themselves on immaculate workspace and exceptional client service.
